"I was with another insurance agency and switched to State Farm. I’m so glad I did because not too long after I totaled my truck. Leah was incredible to work with. As someone who never had to deal with that side of things, she was first and foremost concerned about my health and well being. Next she was extremely attentive, responding to my copious questions throughly and extremely kindly. "My family has been insured by State Farm (Jimi Woodruff's office) for over 15 years. The agents at Jimi's office have been consistently friendly, knowledgable, and helpful throughout this time. Whether it's a simple question on the phone or processing a claim you feel like they are on your side. Recently, we experienced vandalism to one of our cars. "One day I was in Jim Woodruff’s State Farm office talking to Charles about s speeding ticket I received. Just so not confuse anyone my name is Charles also. I said to him I am just going to pay the fine and be done with it. He advise not to do that and go to court see if they will let you take defensive driving course or volunteer in order to reduce the charge so my insurance company like not go up. Last week I came into the office to say I wanted to just pain the fine. Charles took me into his office and kindly took the time to show me exactly what hat would happen with my insurance costs if I did that. Well today as my day in traffic court and I did what Charles advise to do. I went to the D. A. and said to him. I am not disputing the charge but is ther anything I can do to reduce the charge so my insurance rate would not increase. D.A. surprisingly said he would adjust the miles over the limit to the acceptable limit so I would not get an insurance increase. I want to thank Charles for twice going out of his way to completely explain what could happen if I did what he suggested. Well today I did what he suggested and it worked out like he said it would. I just want to tell Mr. Woodruff he has one very excellent employee working for him. Charles did not have to do what he did but he is a kind and professional person. I want to thank him for you g out of his way to explain what could happen if I did what he suggested. Thank you Charles✌️"
